 All proceeds will go towards helping others with breast cancer in the Broome/Tioga counties. For this cookbook we wanted to include not only her family and friends, but the community as well. We are looking for all recipes from old to new, easy and even some unique ones as well.
Recipe notes are encouraged, examples: serves 8; serve with soup and salad; this recipe was my great-grandmothers; total calories are ....., etc. We highly recommend recipe notes. They are such an important part of a cookbook. Also, please use the following abbreviations: pt., qt., pkg., env., c., tsp., T., oz., lb., gal., doz., sm., med., lg. - or spell them out to insure that we put the correct measurements.
We are also offering Patrons Ads. Example: In Honor of, or in Memory Of, etc. These ads will cost $15 each. You may purchase as many as you would like, payable at time of recipe submittal. Business ads may also be submitted. Please contact me for more information. All checks should be made payable to Traci's Hope.
There are a couple of ways to submit your recipes and/or patron ads, they are as follows - Email: TracisCookbook@stny.rr.com or Mail to: Becky Kircher, 780 Bunn Hill Road, Vestal, NY 13850. We would like to have the cookbook ready for the 5th Annual 2008 Traci's Hope Barbecue. Please have recipe's in by April 30, 2008.
Please add your name, address and phone number on recipe. If there is a problem reading the recipe, we will call you to make sure to get the proper information into the cookbook correctly.
Also, if you would like to reserve your cookbook(s), put a note with the recipe, to let us know how many you would like. This will help determine how many to be printed.
