To make a financial contribution

We welcome gifts from others.  Through the foundation, all gifts to Traci’s Hope are tax-deductible and meet the standards established by the State of New York and the IRS for charitable giving.

Checks may be made payable to "Friend's of Hospice/Traci's Hope".  The mailing address is Traci’s Hope, P.O. Box 504, Apalachin NY 13732.  Those who make a donation will receive a thank you note from Traci's Hope which can be used as a receipt.
